Facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), Smart TV, 2 cots and a high chair. In the picturesque outdoor area, the partially covered terrace and sun loungers invite you to relax. Thanks to the ideal location of the villa, you can reach shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and the extensive S'Arenal beach within a few minutes' walk, open all year round, with most bars and restaurants also available in winter. The house features a comfortable pool on the main terrace, perfect for you to enjoy during your stay after days at the beach or relaxing at the villa. Water consumption up to 10,000 litres per week is included. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. The minimum age to book is 25 years (except for children accompanied by their parents). Groups of adults under 26 years are not allowed. No parties, events or barbecues are permitted on the property.
